About Prologis

We are the leading investor, developer and long-term owner of industrial logistics parks. We have sites across the UK, but we’ve always been deeply committed to the Midlands – having been headquartered in the region for over 25 years.

We have a strong track record in bringing forward high-quality, sustainable logistics developments in the East Midlands. We have invested £1.4 billion over the past decade, and we have 15.8m sq. ft of industrial and logistics space in the region – with over 14,000 people working in our buildings.

We are a global leader in sustainability and innovation, with all our new buildings targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding ratings. We are driven to achieve sustainable growth through partnerships, underpinning local inward investment and developing beyond net-zero developments that foster innovation and bolster the UK economy.

Every year, our employees around the world engage in the company’s annual IMPACT day. Each year, these efforts look to improve and enhance community areas, prioritising restoration and improvement to local areas by focusing on sustainability, enhancing community access and protecting local wildlife.

Working in Partnership with Our Communities

At Prologis, we believe in being a good neighbour.  RFI DIRFT at Daventry is our second largest and most successful park globally.  For over 20 years, we've played an active role in the Junction 18 Liaison Forum, which brings together local parish councils, West Northamptonshire Council, Warwickshire County Council, National Highways and Urban & Civic. This forum gives communities a regular chance to hear updates, raise questions and stay involved, and Prologis has been at the heart of those conversations.

We also work closely with parishes near our other parks, such as Ryton-on-Dunsmore, where we've attended the parish meetings for many years.

As a long-term owner and operator, not just a developer, we know the importance of building trust and long-lasting relationships with the people who live and work around our parks.
